How to Reserve a Unit

1. Choose your preferred unit. (unit size, which floor/tower) 

2. Contact your Real Estate Specialist to check the availability of the unit you preferred.

3. Fill up the Buyer's Information Sheet, Request for Reservation & Offer to Purchase Form. 

4. Pay your Reservation Fee and submit your documents to your Real Estate Specialist.

Required Documents

- Photocopy of Valid ID (Company ID, TIN, SSS, Driver's License, etc.)

- Photocopy of Passport (if OFW or Foreigner)

How to Pay Reservation Fee
